This page gives someone access to every membership plan checkout page. They would still have to pay for their plan to successfully sign up – but this page does let them see all of the options available.
The idea is, once a potential nutrition program member has been vetted, pick one of the options below, then copy and paste the link to them. The URL has a parameter in it that ensures the client lands on the correct membership option.
